New Jersey Pedestrian Crashes
Pedestrians are vulnerable to being seriously injured in the event of a crash. Unlike those traveling in motor vehicles, pedestrians have little protecting them from the full impact of a collision. New Jersey has the highest rate of pedestrian fatalities in the nation.
Pedestrian deaths in the state are on the rise. Pedestrian fatalities have increased by nearly 35 percent in recent years. In some cases, surviving family members can recover lost compensation by contacting a New Jersey wrongful death attorney.
