Toms River, NJ – 3 Injured in Serious Crash on NJ-70New Jersey Legal News
Toms River, NJ (September 13, 2019) – This afternoon, police responded to the scene of a serious crash that took place on New Jersey-70 and led to serious injuries.
According to police, the crash took place around 9:30 a.m. when 55-year-old Barbara Bane was driving westbound on NJ-70 and attempted a left turn. Her vehicle collided with another driven by 21-year-old Katelynn Kline. Kline was in the right lane at the time and was headed in the other direction.
Bane was listed in critical condition at the Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where she was flown to by medical helicopter following the accident.
Bane’s rear-seat passenger, who has not been identified, was taken by ambulance to the hospital with serious injuries. Kline was also seriously injured and hospitalized at the same hospital.
At this time, police are continuing their investigation into the accident.
