Toms River, NJ (August 13, 2019) – On Sunday, police confirmed that one person was injured in a car crash that took place on the Garden State Parkway in Toms River.

Police claim that the accident took place around 4:00 p.m. and involved at least two vehicles but possibly more. They are not sure of the circumstances that led to the accident.

Many motorists pulled over so that they could assist the injured party or parties. Paramedics were called to the scene to assist.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
