Paterson, NJ – Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident Involving NephewNew Jersey Legal News
Paterson, NJ (August 14, 2019) – On Tuesday, August 13th, police responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident involving a man and his nephew at an unknown area in Paterson.
The accident took place when the man became pinned under a vehicle that he and his nephew had been working on together. The man has since been identified as 61-year-old Kesnel Rochelyn.
Rochelyn was struck by the vehicle that was operated by his 28-year-old nephew. The coroner at the scene claimed that he was tragically deceased at the scene.
No charges were filed but police claim that their investigation into the accident continues.
