Passaic, NJ – Pedestrian Accident Leads to Fatality on Gregory Ave

Passaic, NJ (September 11, 2019) – Early Tuesday, September 10th, a pedestrian accident took place on Gregory Avenue that led to the death of one individual.

At the time, a 64-year-old woman, identified as Mary Hernandez, was attempting to cross Gregory Avenue when she was struck by a 2018 Toyota around 6:05 a.m.

The Toyota, according to police, was driven by a man from Spain. Hernandez was transported to a local area hospital but passed away while there.

The driver of the Toyota was not injured and no charges have been filed. The investigation into the accident continues at this time.
