Palisades Park, NJ – Pedestrian Accident After Assault on East Palisade BoulevardNew Jersey Legal News
Palisades Park, NJ (July 27, 2019) – Police are still on the lookout for three men who beat a man in a pedestrian accident involving an assault in Palisades Park last week.
The incident took place when a 33-year-old man was assaulted outside on East Palisade Boulevard by three men. Police viewed surveillance videos after they found the man with serious injuries, lying on the ground where the assault took place.
The videos showed that the man was beaten and then run over by a white BMW. The vehicle struck him and then drove away from the scene. Those involved have not yet been identified.
The man was struck by the vehicle while he was lying on the road unconscious due to the assault. At this time, he is at the Hackensack University Medical Center in critical but stable condition.
The investigation into the incident continues.
