Nutley, NJ – Man Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Crash on East Passaic AvenueNew Jersey Legal News
Nutley, NJ (March 1, 2019) – On Thursday night, a man was killed in a fatal motorcycle crash on East Passaic Avenue after a Harley-Davidson and a Nissan Rogue collided around 7:17 p.m.
35-year-old Timothy Keller had been riding along on his motorcycle when he suddenly struck the Nissan. This caused him to catapult off of his motorcycle, according to the prosecutor’s office.
Officers responded to find that the driver of the Nissan Rogue was getting ready to turn into her driveway when Keller suddenly collided with her vehicle. Keller was taken to the University Hospital but tragically pronounced deceased while there.
The driver of the other vehicle did not receive charges. Police continue to investigate the accident at this time.
