Newark, NJ (February 13, 2020) – A crash in Newark resulted in roadway closures on Thursday morning, February 13th. The accident took place on the New Jersey Turnpike near the intersection with I-78 at around 3:23 a.m.

Emergency personnel reportedly were still working on the accident at around 7 a.m., nearly five hours later. The severity of the resulting injuries isn’t known at this time. No other details have been made public.

An ongoing investigation into the crash is being handled by local authorities.
