Right-of-Way Accidents in New Jersey
Drivers who fail to adhere to the rules of the road are the cause of countless car accidents each year. When drivers fail to yield the right of way to another vehicle, they run the risk of causing a serious car crash. Right-of-way is a key factor when determining liability after an accident.
Failure to yield the right-of-way is cited as the fourth leading cause of fatal crashes in the United States. Nearly 4,000 people lost their lives in similar collisions in 2017. These drivers deserve to be held accountable for their actions.
