Madison, NJ – Fatal Pedestrian Crash at Intersection of Green Village RoadNew Jersey Legal News
Madison, NJ (June 29, 2019) – Around 5:13 p.m. last night, June 28th, police were called to the scene of a fatal pedestrian crash that took place at a Madison intersection.
Police say that a 68-year-old woman was struck at the intersection of Green Village Road and Wilmer Street in Madison. The victim of the crash was critically injured and taken to the Morristown Medical Center where she tragically passed away.
Police have not yet released the name of the woman. They claim that the vehicle that struck her was a gray Nissan Rogue with heavy damage to the front passenger’s side. The vehicle immediately fled the scene.
The Madison Borough Police Department is investigating the accident at this time.
