Rear-End Collisions in New Jersey
By far, rear-end crashes are the most common. There are nearly 2 million rear-end collisions reported each year, with 500,000 suffering serious injuries. When drivers aren’t focused on the road, they risk rear-ending another vehicle that is stopped ahead of them.
In most cases, the driver responsible for a rear-end crash is the driver that strikes the vehicle from behind. Reckless drivers can be held accountable for resulting injuries. In some cases, a skilled New Jersey car crash attorney can help injured parties pursue lost compensation.
