Hackettstown, NJ (March 31, 2019) – A Sparta woman is now facing several charges following a multi-vehicle crash that took place when she was driving while intoxicated.
Police say that 25-year-old Alexa Dinapoli was traveling on Route 604 around 7:21 p.m. when her vehicle was suddenly struck by a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Megan Rosado. Dinapoli steered to the right and suddenly struck another vehicle that was parked alongside the road.
An officer said that Dinapoli was driving drunk at the time of the accident and had been speaking on her cell phone.
One person sustained a head injury due to the accident and was hospitalized. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash at this time.
