Glen Rock, NJ – Head-on Collision at Lincoln Avenue and Rock Road

Glen Rock, NJ (July 13, 2019) – Police had to pull a driver out of the fiery wreckage after a head-on collision at Lincoln Avenue and Rock Road around 4:00 a.m. this morning.

The accident took place when a Chevy Trailblazer and a Nissan collided in the intersection early this morning. The driver in the Trailblazer was able to get out of the vehicle right before it burst into flames.

The other driver had to be rescued and sustained serious injuries. Police and firefighters, after helping him, claimed that he was just feet away from the growing fire and could have easily been killed.

Both drivers were hospitalized and police state that criminal charges are pending.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
