Galloway, NJ (March 30, 2020) – On Thursday, March 26th, a woman was hit by a car in Galloway Township. The incident took place at around 7:30 p.m. near the intersection of Leipzig Avenue and Moss Mill Road. The injured pedestrian was identified as 26-year-old Hannah Wakeley.
Initial reports indicated that Wakeley suffered serious injuries and was transported to a nearby medical facility for treatment. The driver who struck her fled the scene without rendering aid. No other details have been reported at this time.
An investigation into the accident is currently in progress.
