Eagleswood, NJ (September 13, 2019) – On Thursday morning, September 12th, a two-car accident took place on the Garden State Parkway that led to injuries.
The accident took place around 9:06 a.m. and caused the parkway to close all southbound lanes. Police said that the accident occurred when a Volkswagen struck the rear of a BMW, causing the BMW to overturn.
The driver of the BMW was hospitalized with an arm injury, although none of the injuries the victims sustained are considered life-threatening.
Authorities reopened all lanes around 9:33 a.m.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
