Cranford, NJ (November 1, 2019) – A 68-year-old man was hospitalized after being struck by a motor vehicle in Cranford, New Jersey. The accident happened Thursday evening, October 31st, at around 7 p.m. The crash took place on South Avenue between High Street and Centennial Avenue. 

The injured pedestrian was treated at the scene by responding paramedics and then transported to a nearby hospital. The identity of the injured victim has not been released at this time. 

The Cranford Police Department Traffic Bureau is currently investigating the cause of the accident. More details will be made public as the investigation continues.
